4U Dance rehearsal space, is ideal for artistic development and private or group lessons. We can host workshops, classes, and training from hip-hop to bellydance, contemporary to contortion, salsa to swordplay, jazz to juggling and more. Fits 10-15 people comfortably.

With sufficient space for up to 12 musicians, plus an isolation booth, Studio C is perfect for artists looking to rehearse or record in a more private setting. Studio C’s control room comfortably fits eight people for side-by-side collaboration between engineers, producers and writers.
